Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to Canada.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.  However, in order to purchase and ship to the United States plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, please visit SooAE NewYork.  In order to purchase and ship to South Korea, please visit Dkcos Korea. 

P.O. BOXES

Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes via ground shipping only. Orders to such addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Free Shipping

Yes, we offer free standard shipping within Canada on orders of $40 or more before tax or shipping is applied. (expired 12.31.2021)

Pick Up

We only offer shipping options at this time. We do not have a store front for pick up orders.

Missing Package (What If Lost or Stolen)

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Military Locations (APO/FPO/DPO)

Yes, we can ship to military locations.

Shipping Address Error

Our shipping is tied directly to the carrier’s website. An invalid address error will appear if the carrier is unable to ship to that location or is unable to find that location in their database. Please enter a valid Canada address for the carrier to ship to.
